Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the first night will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Modification Policy
Reservation modifications are free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Modifications requested within 48 hours of arrival will be treated as a new booking, with the rate recalculated based on current prices.
Shortening Stay
If a guest shortens their stay after check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.
Group reservations:
A group reservation is defined as bookings of 5 rooms or more or 10 guests or more. – Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival. – Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. – Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. – Group reservations cannot be modified within 30 days of arrival.
